Blossom displays the status of all of the presently active Tor circuits and streams as a web page. At the option of the user, the web page may be continuously updated in real time. Streams are listed under the circuits to which they are attached (or designated to be attached).
For each circuit, the leftmost icon is a filled square if a circuit has been used, an empty square if it has not been used, or a red X on a white background if it is under construction. To kill a circuit, click the the leftmost icon. (Watch as Tor builds new circuits to replace destroyed circuits.) The second icon displays the expected throughput for the circuit as determined by the throughput of the constituent nodes. Hover over the second icon for the exact bandwidth value. Subsequent icons correspond to the countries in which nodes in this circuit reside (as determined via WHOIS).
Blossom shows the status of circuits presently under construction.
Click on a stream in the SENTCONNECT state to tell Tor to attach the stream to a different circuit. Select the circuit by clicking on its enodelist.
Sometimes streams fail. Click the white-on-red X icon to the left of an open stream to manually force it to fail.
Sometimes streams are unattached. Watch how Tor deals with them, or click on them to manually attach them to circuits.
